The purpose of the Mani Retreat is to get in touch with our inner goodness, buddha nature, loving-kindness and compassion. It is known to be a powerful and beneficial practice to generate and improve our innate capacity for loving-kindness and compassion. In the retreat and practices, we will be using contemplation, visualization and recitation of mantra of The Buddha of Compassion, Chenrezig.

The retreat is offered free of charge to our members.
For in-person attendants, the following donation options will be available:
The Buddhist Center Volunteers – no donation expected
Members meal cost – 50 USD (feel free to adjust, if you are not going to have all meals in the center)
Non-members – 100 USD (meals and one-month membership)
