Tai Chi is a slow-moving, gentle, low impact, internal martial arts that began in China.
Considered a form of moving meditation, tai chi relies on mental focus, natural deep breaths, and relaxed muscles to help prevent or treat illness or injuries. Long-term practice often leads to the improvement of inner peace and harmony by bringing balance through self-awareness and personal growth through:
Physical – Improve balance, flexibility, strength, reduce chronic pain.
Social – Meet and connect with like-minded individuals.
Spiritual – Balance through self-discovery and a deeper connection with your beliefs.
Philosophical – Learn to think deeply and with purpose
