Ganden Lha Gyama, also known as the Hundred Deities of Tushita, is a Guru Yoga practice in the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. It is a seven-limb practice that focuses on the figure of Lama Tsongkhapa, the founder of the Gelug tradition. It is a powerful method to cultivate compassion, purify negative karma, and ultimately help the practitioner to achieve enlightenment.
In this course, we will explore the fundamentals of this guru yoga practice of Lama Tsongkhapa through a combination of group discussions, practical instructions, and meditation. By the end, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of this sacred Buddhist practice. This is a meditation practice that can be done by anyone, regardless of their level of experience.
