Term: Wednesdays June 2nd-June 9th
Explore a variety of moving and seated meditation practices honed from the Xing Ming Gong school of Qi Gong. Learn how harnessing the conscious connection between mind and body, self and nature, can increase your well-being and resilience as we learn to cultivate the universal energy all around us. All practices are trauma informed and suitable for humans of varying ages and abilities.
