Joyous effort is one of the Six Perfections that are cultivated by those on the bodhisattva path. It helps at the beginning when we’re starting out to continue the momentum of our practice; in the middle to keep our practice fresh, interesting and enjoyable—all with the sincere motivation of only benefiting sentient beings; and at the end to remove our subtle obscurations and complete our effort of become a Buddha.
Geshe Yeshe Kunga will speak on this topic and answer questions from students. Geshe-la will teach in English. We’re very fortunate that he has taken the time to be with us during his short visit to Santa Fe with his friend, our dear Geshe Sherab. Please join us for this wonderful treat.
