Khadro-la has advised that students and centers do prayers to remove any obstacles to Kyabje Zop Rinpoche’s health and long life. From the students side, strengthening the bond with the virtuous friend is the main way to achieve this.
We will do the Lama Tsongkhapa Guru Yoga (Ganden Lha Gyama) and Shakyamuni Buddha practice (on alternate seasons) along with refuge and bodhicitta mantra recitations.
The sessions will last 30-45 minutes.
