Session 4: Bodhicitta, helping without burning out.
Develop a compassion that is unbiased, and that naturally takes responsibility for the welfare of others. It is both an intention and an activity, and it is much deeper than emotion. Once we know where to go with this feeling, we don’t get overloaded and we won’t burn out.
